Advancing Safety and Operational Excellence
Safety remained at the core of everything we do in 2025. Our teams logged approximately 86,000 flight hours, a major operational milestone that reflects both the scale of our training programs and our unwavering focus on safe operations.
We also achieved IS-BAO Stage 3 continuing certification and successfully implemented SMS 2.0, enhancing our safety data and processes. These improvements further strengthen our ability to proactively manage risk and continuously improve our operations.
To support day-to-day efficiency and enhance the student experience, we transitioned to Flight Schedule Pro, providing an improved experience for students and CFIs, and helping us to streamline our daily operations.
Expanding Training Programs and Student Success
In 2025, we celebrated 1,357 check ride passes across both airplane and helicopter pilot training programs—an achievement made possible by the dedication of our students, instructors, and support teams.
This year also marked an important expansion in our training options. We received FAA Part 147 approval to operate our new Aircraft Maintenance Technician School (AMTS) and proudly welcomed our first cohort of maintenance students, broadening the pathways we offer into aviation careers.
To support student success, we expanded our airplane fleet with the purchase of seven Cessna 172 aircraft, including four equipped with G1000 avionics, as well as one Piper Seminole. These additions help ensure students have access to modern, reliable training aircraft throughout their program.

Strengthening Global Reach and Partnerships
Global engagement was another major focus in 2025. We expanded international outreach by adding six new international sales representatives and participating in 12 international trade shows and missions throughout the year.
Our organization also celebrated several global milestones:
- Launched our first EASA airplane student group
- Expanded global engagement through helicopter training collaborations internationally, including marking our first partnership with a U.S. government agency
- Hosted a visit from the Japanese Consul General at our Oregon campus
- Participated in an international trade mission to South Korea and Japan alongside Oregon Governor Tina Kotek
These efforts reflect our continued commitment to serving students and partners around the world while strengthening international aviation pathways.

Looking Ahead
The milestones achieved in 2025 are the result of a shared commitment across our teams, instructors, students, and partners. As we look ahead, we remain focused on delivering high quality training, investing in safety and innovation, and expanding opportunities for aspiring aviation professionals worldwide.
Thank you to everyone who helped make 2025 a year to remember—we’re excited for what’s next.
