Create an Account

- You'll receive an email containing your initial password and instructions for completing the account request process
Log In
- After confirming your account creation, return to the FAA MedXPress login page
- Log in using your email address and the temporary password provided in the confirmation email
- You'll be prompted to set a permanent password
Complete the Application Form
