The FAA Diamond Award is the absolute highest level of recognition presented under the Federal Aviation Administration’s Aviation Maintenance Technician (AMT) Awards Program. Earning this award is no small feat—it requires 100% of our eligible maintenance technicians to complete rigorous, advanced annual training.
Operating as both a Part 141-approved flight school and a Part 145 Repair Station, our maintenance crew works tirelessly across our three campuses to support our fleet of 100 aircraft. Their dedication ensures that we maintain the strictest standards of aircraft airworthiness, providing a safe, reliable, and top-tier training environment for our students and instructors.
As our Director of Maintenance, Nate Vandemark, noted, this award was made possible by the steadfast dedication and hard work of every single team member. We couldn't be prouder of our technicians for setting the gold standard in aviation safety.
